Description:
Bio-Rad is looking for an experienced Senior Stock Administrator to join the Finance team. They will report to our Director of Corporate Consolidations and Stock Administration and be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Bio-Rad’s global equity compensation program while coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and disclosure of employee stock transactions.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Administer Bio-Rad’s equity programs (Stock Options, time and performance based RSUs, and ESPP) including processing of grants, exercises, releases and cancellations, quarterly ESPP purchases and global employee stock transactions within Equity Edge Online (EEO).
- Provide excellent customer service to equity plan participants at all levels and resolve employee issues or concerns, communicate plan provisions to employees, and create comprehensive documentation and live or recorded training for employee education purposes.
- Partner with Legal to support the preparation of the annual proxy filing, including providing and reviewing equity data.
- Prepare and lead the distribution of various annual employee equity statements and employer equity filings.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations between EEO and payroll, GL, transfer agent, etc.
- Prepare monthly stock-based compensation and exercise journal entries and related reporting requirements, and assist the Finance team with SBC expense, forecasts, and analytics.
- Provide information for financial statement footnote disclosures.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Section 16 executives and Board members including preparation and filing of SEC Forms.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Level 3, with prior public company experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with global equity administration with international experience.
- Experience with E-Trade stock platform including EEO.
- Experience with accounting for equity compensation.
- Must be a dependable teammate, ready to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners (ie. Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors).
- Confident working with various levels of management and handling highly confidential data.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, efficiently prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines.
- Affinity for customer service, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Advanced Excel user (i.e. pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup,macros).
