📊 What You’ll Do:
Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders and identify areas for process improvement.
Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases, ensuring top performance and data integrity.
Develop and maintain ETL processes and integrate data from various sources.
Build impactful Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports for clear data visualization.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience as an SQL Developer with a solid foundation in Business Analysis.
Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
Experience with Infor / Lawson financials is a plus!
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
