As a Senior Specialist in the SME Global Product team, your essential responsibilities will include driving innovation in Mastercard core payments products (credit, debit and prepaid) to increase our SME share within banks while finding new ways to promote and drive adoption of digital solutions.

Role:

• Maintain and enhance data driven framework to identify opportunities and track progress across key metrics at global level. Determine where further adjustments and enhancements might be needed
• Work cross-functionally with regional teams, Data Analytics, Data & Services, marketing and finance to analyze large data sets, present data thoughtfully to generate insights and address areas to automate data practices.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and pipeline management with regional partners
• Work with the regional and country teams to ensure sales readiness and training by developing necessary sales enablement content and tools for SME use cases.
• Partner with marketing to develop product marketing and sales materials, including product messaging opportunities to drive product understanding and new use cases opportunities.
• Support identification of new opportunities through research and value proposition development.
• Engage with regional stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of SME products

Strategic & Analytical mindset with ability to develop strategic points of view
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage several significant priorities
Comfortable with a changing and fast-paced environment and interest in bringing new ideas to solve dynamic challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Undergraduate degree required.
Product development experience (direct work with technology teams in developing business specifications for new products, participation in scrum teams, etc.) a plus
