Senior Servicenow Architect

Areti has teamed up with an Elite ServiceNow partner that is searching for a ServiceNow Architect to oversee custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform.

The ServiceNow Architect will provide vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering leveraging App engine studio.

Responsibilities:

Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.

Skillsets for the role:

• 8+ years experience within ServiceNow
• Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
• At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNow
• Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
• Javascript & HTML hands-on experience
• Very good experience in REST and SOAP-based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
• Extensive ITIL knowledge
• Knowledge of integration Hub
