Description:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce System Administrator and Developer to lead the completion of our Salesforce CRM system's development and subsequently manage system administration, business analysis, and ongoing enhancements. This role is pivotal to our post-launch success and aims to maintain the optimal functionality of our CRM system in alignment with our evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document evolving business requirements for post-launch enhancements to the Salesforce system.
- Drive the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and features to continuously meet and exceed business expectations.
- Assume a key role as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce instance, overseeing user management, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Design and implement innovative solutions utilizing a range of tools including declarative features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and more.
- Execute meticulous testing of developed functionalities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage data migration and integration activities, enabling seamless data flow between Salesforce and other integral systems.
- Provide responsive end-user training and ongoing support, effectively addressing inquiries or challenges related to the CRM system.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement, recommending and implementing enhancements to bolster system functionality and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, incorporating relevant changes into our instance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Demonstrated success with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, encompassing both declarative and programmatic development.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other pertinent development tools and languages.
- Deep comprehension of CRM principles, business processes, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in data migration, integration, and data quality management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
- Attentiveness to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions.
- Bonus: Experience in a business analyst role within a Salesforce environment.
