Responsibilities and Impact:
Oversee $7M book of business comprised of government agencies and DC based professional services firms
Run point on strategic planning for customer retention, engagement, and growth
Serve as S&P primary contact, uphold a client first mentality, working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure positive outcomes
Foster meaningful relationships by building trust and credibility with client contacts
Understand each client’s business and be well articulated in conveying S&P’s broader value proposition, identifying referral opportunities where appropriate
Negotiate and process renewals in a timely fashion, understand/abide by the government contracting process
Travel regularly to visit clients in person, attend conferences, team planned client engagement events

Closely monitor usage data to inform outreach strategies, track and share trends
Expand existing relationships by uncovering sales opportunities via additional user groups/add on products
Document all client comms via Salesforce/Salesloft, maintain excellent CRM practices
