Fayrix is looking for a Senior sales manager in the USA, responsible for the North America. 3+ years of experience in Technology & Offshore Staffing Services sales experience and strong network is a MUST.

 

NB: We are looking for a specialist in the USA only.

 

Key Requirements:

• (!) 3+ years of experience in Technology & Offshore Staffing Services sales experience is a MUST.

• (!) Important: you should have your own established client base ready to work with offshore staffing services.

• (!) Experience in dealing with offshore teams is a STRONG ADVANTAGE.

• In-depth Industry Knowledge: experience of selling software development services.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities are crucial.

• Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment as a plus.

• Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: drive sales of Fayrix offshore staffing services throughout North America.

• Client Acquisition: acquire new customers and expand the client base through proactive engagement.

• Performance Targets: meet or exceed sales and growth targets through effective planning and execution.

• Partnership Development: develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base.

• Risk Management: Provide accurate sales forecasting and risk assessment to support decision-making.

• Industry Engagement: Participate in industry events and professional associations to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.
