Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors throughout Turkey.
- Achieve trusted advisor status by developing a thorough understanding of client business needs.
- Communicate effectively and exert influence over decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives, to promote business growth.
- Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of our IT solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and pinpoint areas for potential sales improvements to surpass sales quotas.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics regularly, including sales results and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize opportunities across the territory.
- Handle complex client issues and escalations proficiently.
- Continually refine sales strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 10-15 years of proven experience in technology sales within the Turkish market.
- Valid Turkish driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluent in Turkish and English, with superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions will be viewed favorably.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
