Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Highly proficient utilizing Property Management software

Strong experience with Internet and Social Media marketing

Ability to review and understand budgets

Skilled Negotiator

Strong leadership skills

Effective Communicator with great people skills

Availability to work evenings and weekends if necessary

Highly organized individual, adept at multi-tasking

Responsibilities:-

Oversee and lead in daily operations of the property

Budget development and review

Meet and exceed monthly income budget objectives

Meet and/or exceed occupancy objectives

Supervise, train, motivate and hire all site staff

Oversee maintenance staff and service request system

Oversee leasing team to generate new leads and maintain existing residents

Promote and maintain positive resident relations and communication

Implement RESSCO policies and procedures

Maintain top-notch curb appeal
