🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead construction plans (signing, pavement marking, lighting, signalization, drainage)
• Manage multiple projects, resolve design challenges, and ensure FDOT compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders
🎓 Requirements:
• PE License (Florida required) & Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of roadway design/construction (FDOT experience required)
• Proficiency in MicroStation/AutoCAD & FDOT standards
