Senior Production Designer

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Execute revisions, edits, modifications, resizings, and other adjustments to previously completed work with precision.
• Work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Proofers to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.
• Effectively speak to, present, and defend design concepts, processes, and executions.
• Bring creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.
• Conduct meticulous oversight of execution to ensure all designs meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with creative teams to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
• 6+ months of experience in design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
