Description:
Madhive is currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will position our products for success in the market, inform the product roadmap, and work closely with our commercial teams to lead launches and identify metrics of success for our GTM programs. This role is responsible for driving the product strategy to engage customers and drive revenue. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the right candidate is highly cross-functional with close relationships across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement and Ops to drive commercial success through data-driven analysis and marketplace intelligence, customer-centric messaging, and creative problem-solving.
What you’ll do:
- Create and drive product positioning and messaging for Madhive products and solutions by being the translator between Eng/Product and the market, which can translate into one-sheets, decks, thought leadership content (written / video) and email communications.
- Build a structured feedback process to gather, prioritize and share insights from clients, Sales and the market to the Product and Eng teams to inform product roadmap efforts.
- Establish a product strategy workstream, partnering with the Sales Ops and Sales Finance team, to measure revenue impact of product and evolve internal capabilities to best scale Madhive’s product offering to a diverse customer base.
- Lead the product marketing and go-to-market strategy for a defined product area, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with Madhive's overall goals and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally to build targeted product positioning and messaging and to launch materials that resonate with our clients and target audiences.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Product Strategy, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing / product strategy, preferably in the adtech industry
- Strong understanding of the adtech landscape (DSP experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, written and public communication skills to work effectively across multiple audiences and levels both internally and externally
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products and solutions
- Capable of building consensus with stakeholders, thinking and active strategically to advance the vision of Madhive.
- Understand and have strong comprehension of current ad tech / digital marketing trends
- Highly accountable with a drive to impact and outcomes
- Proven ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with varying priorities, deliverables and deadlines.
- Commercial acumen with an analytical mindset that can connect marketing activities to customer results.
