Experience and Qualifications

• • 5+ years in an account management or support role at a marketing agency

• • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Client Service

• • Operate as the client relationship owner and internal advocate for the client’s business

• • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• • Strategically plan campaigns and activities that make a measurable impact on the client’s business

• • Collaborate with internal departments to manage timelines and budgets

• • Collaborate with sales to identify and grow opportunities for your accounts
