What You’ll Do:
Oversee a team of Business Development professionals; provide leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of established goals.
Gather and share business trends and help develop growth strategy in collaboration with leadership to meet company goals.
Provide ongoing training and development for the team to improve core expertise and ensure continued career growth.
Elevate relationships in client organizations utilizing the SBU’s management and increase penetration and sales within existing accounts.
Identify and secure new business and develop new contacts –ability to set meetings with new clients and/or existing clients.
Be knowledgeable and proficient in representing all services to accounts and prospects. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Anti-Fee business model, Talent Mapping, RPO, Small Business Platform, new placement knowledge, areas of expertise, and any new developments within the SBU.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to identify appropriate potential clients.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
Develop and continuously improve presentation skills and use of presentation tools to highlight the organizations’ capabilities and penetrate accounts/prospects.
Work with the Business Development team to develop and grow the client pipeline to consistently meet quarterly goals.
Prepare and update account strategy documents as required (SalesForce, excel spreadsheet, etc.).
Update systems, make daily phone calls, record the number of calls outbound, record all live calls, and record referrals.
Follow SBU SOP for contacting clients.
Support the business development team by completing any tasks or projects needed.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years of business experience, preferably in the area(s) of specialty for the SBU and/or consulting services.
Ability to travel as defined by the needs of the SBU.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
