  • You enjoy the process of orchestrating several moving pieces, and you’re able to see potential problems before the arise
  • You excel at communicating and influencing people across management levels and functions
  • You keep calm - and help others do the same - in an environment of competing priorities
  • You enjoy being on a team whose impact is truly greater than the sum of its parts
  • You have a heart for community development and value making people's lives better in a meaningful, lasting way

  • Creating and maintaining calendars, roadmaps, dashboards or other mechanisms to transparently share the status work in-flight and the anticipated path forward
  • Aligning team, cross-functional, and project-based efforts into a cohesive, sequenced, and well-understood transformation plan that supports CF’s overall objectives

Partner with the Chief of Staff to:

  • Plan and execute effective communications strategies across appropriate channels, ensuring that stakeholders are well prepared for upcoming changes, understand “from/to” shifts, and have access to relevant resources, training, and points of contact
  • Generate excitement and momentum through development of a common change story and the celebration of important milestones/outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong consulting and collaboration skills
  • A growth mindset and curious nature to ask, “what if…”
