Senior Manager

 

Description:

The Senior Manager, HR Data and Reporting will lead the following work steams across our Workday data landscape: Workday reporting, Workday data management, and integration data monitoring (including payroll issues). This role will monitor the team’s delivery of data requests through case management SLA’s, lead small scale data project, report out on progress/status, monitor SLAs, and suggest areas for continuous improvement. The role will also develop and lead the HR data and reporting road maps and will be key in the implementation of Workday Prism analytics. The Senior Manager, HR Data and Reporting manager will report directly to the Director of HR Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Workday Data Support Team consisting of eight Brandsafway and offshore Accenture resources to deliver the highest level of customer service

  • Prioritize workload and resource allocation across multiple data and reporting workstreams

  • Manage the success of the day-to-day delivery of data requests, issues, and projects through key performance indicators including the management and monitoring of case management tickets and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Responsible for the strategic roadmaps of Workday data and Workday reporting

  • Approach daily work with an eye towards continuous improvement, constantly asking how we can perform tasks more efficiently

  • Partners with Workday project management to prioritize data/reporting projects, and organize work into Agile sprints

  • Partners closely with Tier 1 and HRIS (Tier 3) teams to ensure work is being appropriately distributed and deliverables are being met.

  • Partners with Accenture to monitor, evaluate, and ensure offshore resources are performing at highest caliber, and takes immediate action when team is under performing.

  • Partners with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure team is meeting deliverable, constantly gathering feedback.

  • Monitors daily HR case management system, Workday inbox, and HR data projects to ensure on time delivery across workstreams.

  • Develops and maintains operational performance dashboard, and reports out on progress, issues, and blockers to senior HR Operations leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous leading an HR shared services organization

  • 4-6 years experience

  • Experience managing global teams

  • Strong vendor management experience, particularly with SLA’s, accountability, and resource management

  • Passionate about customer service with experience of delivering SLA targets within a complex environment

  • Able to evaluate data, metrics, and tell the story of the organization

  • Experience with Agile project management methodology

  • Sound judgment to manage conflicting priorities and manage client expectations

  • In depth understanding of HR employee lifecycle

  • Proven people manager with ability to lead and motivate team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
