You’ll lead a team in maintaining, repairing, and improving our buildings, infrastructure systems, and equipment. From overseeing safety protocols to managing projects and providing technical expertise, this position is at the heart of our operations. 🔧💡



🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Graduation from high school and completion of a recognized apprenticeship in building maintenance or equivalent education/experience
- Proven expertise in maintaining diverse building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Leadership and training skills to guide and develop team members
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse academic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Valid California Driver’s License and ability to drive across all campuses
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within six months
