Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects related to park development, project management, and improvement for parks, aquatic facilities, trails, playgrounds, athletic fields, and park jurisdictional districts.
• Ensures all projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and maintains project documentation.
• Develops project scope and budgets.
• Updates the public on the status of projects.
• Projects include sprayground, playgrounds, walking trails in parks, regional linear trails, federally funded transportation enhancement projects, commemorative benches, streetscape projects, green infrastructure projects, park master plans, AutoCAD skills, dog parks, athletic fields, shelters, restrooms and sports and pedestrian lighting projects.

Qualifications

REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or horticulture and 3 years of responsible experience in the practices of landscape architecture, horticulture or related.
