Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises the work of professional subordinates and trains new employees.
• Provides subject matter expertise to multiple Smart Sewer projects.
• Prepares and reviews documents, memos, and plans.
• Manages multiple contracts for maintenance and repair of GI assets.
• Interprets and applies city ordinances and state and federal regulations.
• Prepares and reviews specifications and related standards.
• Ensures tracking and maintenance of GI project sites.
• Coordinates with multiple stakeholders and the public.
• Provides strategic support in GI advancement and advocating continuous improvement in capital creation, asset management and operation and maintenance; and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Provides training, gives presentations and conducts research.
