Description:
This position requires a highly motivated, versatile, articulate, and positive individual to partner with the SVP of HR in all aspects of human resources for continuous improvement to provide the development of an exceptional HR department while promoting Cayosoft’s dynamic culture which promotes professional growth and individual growth.
Responsibilities:
- Functions as a partner to the SVP of HR
- Provide timely responsive support to employees, managers, and executive team, maintain flexibility and understanding
- Demonstrate aptitude for learning new techniques and technologies, proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing, owning, and participating in multiple projects
- Point of contact for HR related matters providing employees interpretation of policies, procedures, and best practices
- Promote Cayosoft’s culture when mediating and resolving minor conflicts
- Develop strategies, standards and tools to provide the best HR solutions
- Apply change management principles to drive acceptance and engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers and SVP HR to identify staffing needs and to create job descriptions
- Manage benefits administration; enrolling new hires, informing benefit brokers of changes, and have expert knowledge with all benefits offerings
- Partner with SVP, HR to enhance and manage new employee process, to include offers of employment, documentation organization, and onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR functions
- Understanding of employment laws, rules and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality consistently
- Processing semi-monthly payroll, multi-state payroll
- State and local payroll tax registration
- Reconciliation to assure accurate payroll
- Supplemental compensation and FLSA knowledge
- Benefits Administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years HR Generalist experience in all aspects of HR
- Ability to work with confidential information, with the integrity to not disclose information
- Highest level of reliability and credibility
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the aptitude to interpret data and use data to influence decision making and leverage HR data to understand trends
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and maintain positive engagement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, SharePoint
- Ability to manage change with constructive input and planning to systematically initiate this process
- Flexible and driven to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize as needed
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
- Considerable knowledge of employment labor laws
- Understanding of general Human Resources policies, procedures, and concepts
- Aptitude for problem solving for best outcomes
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with ADP WFN is preferred
