What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in branding and web design, preferably within an agency environment.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and branding projects, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in WordPress and Elementor.
- Solid understanding of web design best practices.
- A love for design and an understanding of how it can influence and inspire customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in engaging with clients, gathering design requirements, presenting concepts, incorporating feedback to revise designs and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
