Position Overview:
- A creative Senior Graphic Designer and Program Facilitator to join the Learning and Development team.
- The role collaborates closely with project stakeholders to translate business programs into visual designs that enhance and clearly communicates a program visually.
- Also responsible for facilitating virtual classroom sessions for the Early Career Program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with instructional design and development team.
- Develop, design, and layout the visual design as required for online and print learning initiatives.
- Facilitate and deliver virtual instructor led sessions for the Early Career Program.
- Collaborate & coordinate on email communication initiatives and deliver by sending out the desired email communication.
- Create multimedia for learning projects including animation, simulations, instructional videos, games, and other interactive visual content.
- Design and produce campaigns, print concepts, and web pages.
- Design multimedia presentations and print materials for use in workshops, events, training exercises, and learning forums.
- Assist in developing content for communication efforts to inform and engage about training offerings, training certifications, newsletters, etc.
- Record, edit and produce video.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating compelling visual communications and digital content.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
