Primary Responsibilities
- Produce Designs for Use Across All Communication Channels, Including Digital, Print, Web Applications, Video and Social Media
- Collaborate Across Departments to Produce Culturally Relevant and User-Centered Communications and Campaigns
- Adhere to Company Brand Guidelines (Internal and Client-Specific), Audit Existing Creative Assets for Brand Accuracy and Design Errors
- Supervise Junior Graphic Designers; Provide Creative Guidance and Feedback, Nurturing Their Talents, and Pushing the Boundaries of Their Creativity
- Comfortable Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously with Tight Deadlines Without Jeopardizing Quality
- Communicate Effectively and Confidently Present Your Design Reasoning and Vision to Clients and Internal Stakeholders
- Print Management, Including Preparing Print-Ready Artwork, Managing Production Schedules, Signing Off on Proofs and Tracking Costs (Quotes and Invoices)
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Five to Eight Years of Experience
- BA in Graphic Design or Similar Area of Focus
- Extensive Knowledge of Graphic Design, Styles and Techniques
- Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Experience Working Within Website Content Management Systems Such as Squarespace, WordPress or Constant Contact
- Keen Eye for Design and Evolving Design Trends, Evidenced in a Strong Portfolio
- Solid Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the Ability to Express Your Ideas Visually and Verbally
- Organized and Excellent Design Management Abilities
- High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
