About the role:

The Creative Lead is passionate and infectious, thrives in a high-pressure agile environment and is flexible in their approach. With a love for print and a deep understanding of different treatments for printed packaging products, you’ll live and breathe design and love sharing innovative ideas.

Reporting to the Creative Director you will lead your team creating product for children and adult books, toys, stationery, and crafts. You will ensure that high-quality, trend-forward products are delivered on time and meet the required standards.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• a minimum of eight years’ experience in the industry, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, finished artwork across a range of products.
• You’ll have a love of trends and know what good looks like to help grow and develop new and existing brands.
• Extensive experience in the management of external suppliers
• Experience in effectively mentoring and developing Junior Designers
