RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of official branding guidelines for the entire university, ensuring creative consistency across channels and departments. Partner with marketing leadership on design of any new branding assets, and overall aesthetics of major university marketing and communication efforts.
Work with in-house videographer/photographer as well as outside vendors to art direct and offer feedback, including attending shoots to assist as needed, and be comfortable taking photos in a back up capacity.
Help create content and graphics for the viewbook, brochures, and other high-level print publications for Admissions, Advancement, and Academic departments.
Work with Facilities department and others to conceptualize and design environmental collateral related to marketing-specific needs as well as other items as needed. Projects include banners, building wraps, interactive video walls and digital signage, etc.
Asset management, organization, design and oversight to enable the entire Wentworth community to access self-serve content including photography, logos, branding, infographics, assets, and templates to foster brand consistency and enable speed to market. Manage Wentworth’s asset management system, managing brand templates across a variety of software tools, uploading content, tagging and organizing, and training users seeking assets.
Create graphics, design concepts, and final designs for digital marketing, social media initiatives, and other major marketing and communications projects by partnering with other internal Marcom staff. Partner with marketing staff to help create new designs for creative tests throughout the year, including A/B in market tests, and qualitative focus customer panel testing.
Work with website team to apply design thinking methodology for improving CX/UX, identify problem areas/improvements, and assist in new internal or external website design.
Facilitate bi-yearly workshops that are open to all staff and faculty in an effort to educate the community about the Wentworth brand and brand guidelines, as well as offer support for design-related projects they have at the time.
