Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Venteon is currently seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the company’s overall financial success.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Accounting team. This person will be responsible for the research and documentation of significant and non-routine transactions. You will be partnering with all aspects of the business to ensure accurate and timely technical accounting reviews of proposed transactions, draft contracts, and updating accounting policies. You will also be leading accounting standard adoption and performing the accounting for complex business transactions. This position will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting.

Requirements of the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

• BA and/ or MS in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 4 years of experience in accounting and/ or public accounting.
• Public accounting experience working on publicly traded companies.
• Experience with SEC reporting and technical GAAP research and analysis.
• Must have comprehensive and current understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
