Description:
As a Sr Analyst, you will work closely & directly with mid to senior level management, reporting to the Director on deals. You will take lead on modelling, presentations and other deliverables as needed such as participating in financial and business due diligence, pre-engagement planning and execution, and supporting the team with final deliverable development too.
Responsibilities
- Create & maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses, (including DCF, trading comparables, tax equity structures and debt financing)
- Participate in day-to-day deal execution whilst interacting with deal team members and potentially client teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors on a regular basis
- Assist clients in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, whilst reviewing and analyzing company information
- Produce high quality deliverables such as Confidential Investment Memorandums, board materials and other presentation materials for use in tax equity financing and M&A transactions or for within client pitches
- Analyze and assist with tax equity structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; (Master’s degree with emphasis in Finance, Engineering, Math or Economics preferred)
- Must pass SIE, Series 79, and 63 exams within the first six months of onboarding with firm
- Previous experience working across Investment banking, renewable energy or project finance
- Strong experience in financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to multitask
- Passion for renewable energy
