Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for assisting in management of the annual financial plan and monthly estimate process, along with reporting and analysis on global performance. Responsible for coordinating across Affiliates, Regions, Brands, Functional Departments and Channels. This individual will provide Executive Management with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting.

1. Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation decks for Senior Management, that deliver timely and actionable insights

2. Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent sales, profit, and operating expense reporting to Senior Management to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company’s investments

3. Gather, report, and provide analytics on monthly Risk and Opportunities submissions

4. Perform weekly Foreign Exchange Spot Rate Updates and Impact Analyses based on various rate scenarios

5. Corporate Funds Tracking

6. Build collaborative relationships with Brand, Regional and Corporate Finance teams

7. Proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes

8. Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization


Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience that includes some combination of corporate finance / accounting
  • P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Strong PC skills including SAP, CPM, OneStream, PowerPoint and particularly Excel, with the ability to work with a large set of data efficiently and effectively by leveraging advanced excel formulas/functions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong work ethic, in order to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables
  • Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with navigating matrix-ed corporate environment and partnering with cross-regional/brand/function teams
