We are assisting our supply chain client in their search to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing team. The SFA will provide support to the Finance Director in executing financial strategies, policies, and processes to meet the business goals and objectives defined by executive management. Key aspects of this role:

• Prepare and analyze budgets, projections and actual results through profit and loss
• Create financial models based on analyses to support the long-term strategic plan
• Provide timely close with insightful performance reviews, demonstrate strong understanding of accounting journals and reconciliations
• Present Leadership Team updates on key business matters, risks, and opportunities as well as company performance objectives
• Monitor the financial condition of the business through the collection, interpretation, and real-time analysis of key financial data
• Drive results / “create the news” versus simply reporting the numbers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI experience
