We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain Strategy to support the Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) business. This position is a key leader within KCNA Supply Chain transformation working closing with cross-functional supply chain team leaders and members to drive and optimize cost savings for KCNA. The role will partner to build a robust multi-year cost savings pipeline.

- Lead the KCNA Supply Chain cost transformation process to build a robust multi-year cost savings pipeline.
- Responsible for ensuring the cost transformation program drives cash impact through building business cases, highlighting financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact, influencing and driving decisions and communicating the financial impact of the transformation.
- Key Finance Leader supporting the cost transformation program:
- Supports executive team in setting overall targets.
- Approves, tracks and validates initiative business cases.
- Segregates the financial impact of initiatives from offsetting cost headwinds.
- Manages finance resources within the region to support transformation.
- Controller for the Procurement workstream.
- Deliver value to the organization with expert-level supply chain analysis, critical thinking, financial leadership, business planning and valuation and phasing of large capital investments.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and secure organizational alignment to ensure successful change management and implementation.
- Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations and actionable programs arise across a wide range of business or financial opportunities (strategy development and execution, cost transformation, investment analysis, cost to serve and inventory management).
- The role does not have direct reports but will provide direct coaching and development to the broader Supply Chain Finance team and cross functional business partners.
- Advocate LEAN business practices, driving out waste in business processes using LEAN problem-solving tools and practices.
- Ensure application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls. Promote sound internal control programs and support the Corporation's requirement for strong central financial control.
The successful candidate will join the Kimberly Clark North America (KCNA) Customer Business Analysis Team and report to the Director KCNA Finance Supply Chain.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in brand, manufacturing, and operational Finance with a consistent record of influence and impact.
- Well-versed in the principles and practices of finance and accounting to ensure that procedures, instructions and practices within the unit provide adequate internal financial control and are in conformance with corporate accounting and financial control policies and instructions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands.
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident and results-oriented communications and presentations.
- Advanced computer skills using Excel and PowerPoint to prepare communications, financial spreadsheets and presentations.
- Strong business judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker who is willing to operate outside their comfort zone and has the courage to challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive change cross-functionally.
