Storm3 is working with a very successful scale up based in the East Coast committed to reduce the burden of common diseases and increasing equity in genomic medicine across ancestries.
In order to continue in their goal, they are looking to onboard a Senior Director of Sales with a scale up and agile mindset ready to take them to the next level!
⭐ Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a customer sales funnel of Customers through creative demand generation efforts targeting to C-Level and Clinical Leadership
- Adopt and own their selling process, including full sales cycle ownership, to drive all opportunities through the funnel stages from new lead to close
- Lead customer demos and presentations both in-person and virtually
- Drive over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance within the region by identifying customer needs, building business plans, and leading negotiation efforts with identified accounts
- Accurately forecast revenues within the quarter and year
- Build strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows
- Become an expert on the marketplace, their solutions, and competitive landscape
- Work directly with Key Opinion Leaders in the space to build awareness and evidence
⭐ Requirements:
- 6+ years in sales in BioTech, digital health or clinical technology
- Mandatory Experience Directly in a Pharmaceutical company / large CRO that has expertise in Commercial / RWE
- Experience in the genomics/ pre-clinical space
- Previous experience selling disruptive technologies to multiple stakeholders within a client organization
- Experience working with Pharma, biopharma, CROs, and Medical Device companies
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Commercialization, Market Access, HEOR, Sales, Marketing
- Extensive relationships in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong written, verbal, and story-telling skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to sell multiple projects in a fast-paced start-up
