Description:

As the Senior Director of the Third Party Management Office, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's third-party relationships and ensuring effective governance and oversight of these partnerships. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to assess, onboard, monitor, and optimize third-party relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and drive value through the organization's third-party ecosystem.

Third-Party Relationship Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party relationships, from initial vendor selection and due diligence to ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation. Establish strong partnerships with vendors, managing contracts, and service level agreements to ensure the organization's needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in third-party management and risk governance.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships with vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
