Description:
- This position could be located in Reston VA, Bellevue WA, Frisco TX, or Overland Park KS
- Responsible for the product development and management of a portfolio of solutions including but not limited to private networks, edge/cloud solutions, IoT connectivity and applications, and Automotive connectivity solutions.
- Be a thought-partner to the product strategy leader on strategy development for advanced connectivity and IoT, working together to architect the differentiated value propositions and commercial models that will help TBG (T-Mobile Business Group) achieve its growth goals and clearly establish a leadership position in 5G services for businesses.
- Lead and develop a team that conducts market research, generates product requirements, determines specifications, and defines long-term strategy of the product portfolio as well as in targeted segments.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Experience, Care, and Implementation in ensuring the end-to-end product and customer experience.
- Manage the product roadmap to define the scope for releases/product increments partnering with T-Mobile’s Marketing, Sales and Technology teams as well as external partners.
- Lead the identification, pursuit, and development of IoT solutions, partners and prospects to support T-Mobile’s IoT ecosystem.
- Drive GTM and solution motions to industry-leading enterprises across business verticals (industrial, retail, entertainment, venue, transportation, etc.).
- Provide executive program oversight introducing program changes to drive market adoption and revenue growth, working closely with Sales and Marketing.
- Build, mentor and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver solutions that meet the business goals of the organization.
- Build and nurture C-level relationships across key targets to further solidify position and commitment to new prospects and/or partner relationships.
- Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class partner experience to T-Mobile’s enterprise and government customers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to identify and drive critical business opportunities.
