The People Leader for Employee Relations, Compliance and HR Operations serves as a key player within the point b People Team. This position is responsible for successfully developing, directing, and administering all aspects of human resources. This includes promoting the company culture, monitoring the employee experience, performance management, employee relations and compliance with all local, state, and Federal rules and regulations.
