Description:

A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive data insights, reporting, and quality assurance. This role requires expertise in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, automate processes, and support business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Gather & analyze complex data inputs from multiple sources, identifying new sources for improved business outcomes.
📈 Prepare reports & insights on trends and performance drivers for stakeholders.
🔍 Assess business needs, prioritize projects, and drive reporting requirements to completion.
🔄 Define & implement data quality processes, including automation, normalization, and validation.
🤝 Work across business lanes to provide data-driven support and assistance.
🔗 Collaborate with data engineers & business analysts to ensure clarity of requirements and effective delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Strong SQL, Python, and R skills for data analysis and automation.
✔ Power BI proficiency for data visualization and reporting.
✔ Experience with ETL processes & data warehousing concepts.
✔ Ability to design and execute data validation tests to ensure accuracy.
✔ Excellent analytical skills for identifying issues and performing root-cause analysis.
✔ Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally.
✔ Knowledge of T-Mobile Network and/or Device Supply Chain is a plus.
