Description:
Job Description Summary: At PayPal, Content Designers work side by side with UX Designers, Product Owners, and UX Researchers to create customer experiences that empower people and businesses financially around the world. As part of the merchant experience team, you'll craft content for businesses small and large. Your work will help merchants attract and retain customers, get insights into their sales, and run their operations more smoothly. You’re the ideal candidate if you’re a seasoned writer who is also a design thinker and customer champion. You can write just about anything, but you thrive in using words to solve problems and simplifying technical jargon into conversational language. You’re a holistic and strategic thinker. Not only do you focus on details, but you can also zoom out and understand the end-to-end experience. Perhaps you've previously designed experiences or written for developers, so you understand SDKs, APIs, and technical language. We'd love to hear about any experience you have in information architecture or navigation systems. You’re excited and self-driven to work in a fast-paced, remote, high-tech environment where you can work independently, and just as successfully in groups. You’re tireless in challenging the status quo, you demand excellence for your customers, and you’re fearless in presenting your brilliant content strategies to stakeholders and leaders.
