Scope & Responsibilities

Print and Digital Content Design

  • Design and produce materials for various mediums, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Create layouts for content within brand templates, including datasheets, success stories and eBooks
  • Communicate complex design concepts effectively, anticipating potential objections and influencing team members to adopt a shared point of view.
  • Drive comprehensive visual communication initiatives by leading the conceptualization, production and implementation of engaging creative videos, animated content, and dynamic digital strategies to enhance brand presence and effectively connect with target audiences.
  • Utilize PowerPoint to enhance the visual design of presentations, incorporating typography, iconography, charts/graphs and maintaining overall brand consistency
  • Design and format individual slides for visual appeal and clarity
  • Incorporate visual elements such as images, graphics, charts, and diagrams
  • Select appropriate fonts, text styles, and color schemes for readability and aesthetics
  • Implement animation and transitions for engaging presentations
  • Set up master slides for consistent branding and formatting
  • Design custom graphics or icons as needed
  • Create supplementary materials such as handouts and speaker notes

Quality Assurance:

  • Double-check and ensure the accuracy and error-free nature of all content.
  • Ensure cross-device compatibility for PowerPoint presentations.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions into content or design as needed.
  • Deliver edited content or designed presentations on or before agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Maintain organized files and documents for easy access and reference.
