Responsibilities:
- Confirm baseline and maintain product structures in Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and other change management tools for internal, external, and cooperative development projects.
- Participate in collaborative project team environment and report CDM project status in team meetings.
- Facilitate Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings.
- Conduct Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) with customers.
- Generate TDSI internal customer reports and metrics for release and change status, as required.
- Review Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support bid and proposal activities.
- Coordinate data exchange and configuration status between internal and/or external customers.
- Support software team with development and implementation of software build instructions.
- Provides support to Configuration Management and project teams as needed for project support and tool upgrade testing.
- Contribute to Configuration Management process and tool training.

- US Citizenship Required - Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
- 7+ years CM experience.
- Associate degree, BSEE/BSCS, or equivalent.
- Experience with product structure release and change management processes.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and change management tools.
- Knowledge of Bill of Material (BOM) hierarchy and relationships to drawings and supporting data.
- Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills to report project CM status to Program Management, project leads, and external customers.
- Understands difference between Bill of Material designed parts vs. Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) parts.
- Prior experience and knowledge of DoD data formats and understands CM best practices in accordance with MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649-B and EIA-649-C, MIL-STD-973.
