Description:

FSC is a growing not-for-profit community-based mental health agency in Northfield, Illinois. We serve clients of all ages in the surrounding communities with in-person and telehealth counseling sessions, currently in English, Spanish, and Mongolian. We offer services on a sliding scale, as well as accept many insurance providers to minimize barriers to access. We also serve our community through outreach and educational programs delivered in partnership with local schools and organizations, to many different groups including parents, educators, seniors and the community at large. We are working to expand our preventative and skill-building educational offerings. We believe everyone is deserving of emotional and mental wellbeing.

What You Will Need:

• Active clinical license to practice in the state of Illinois
• At least 10 years of licensed clinical experience
• Experience in providing outpatient mental health services to youth, adults, couples, families, and/or older adults
• Experience completing risk assessments
• Experience and interest in developing and/or delivering in-person, remote, and/or recorded presentations/educational workshops.
• Strong verbal and written communication; strong collaboration skills
• Preference given to bilingual candidates; those with EMDR certification; and/or experience working within an educational setting
