LHH is partnering with a civil litigation firm in West Los Angeles in seeking a Bilingual Case Manager. As a Bilingual Case Manager specializing in Personal Injury, you will be an integral part of our legal team, responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring smooth case management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Frequent Client Contact: Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on their cases, answer questions, and address concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Medical Records Review and Analysis: Thoroughly reviewing and analyzing medical records to understand the extent of injuries sustained by clients and their impact on their lives.
- Assisting Clients with Medical Providers: Coordinating medical appointments, treatments, and consultations for clients to ensure they receive the necessary care and support throughout their recovery process.
- Preparing Files for Demand Submission: Organizing and preparing case files to be submitted to our demand department, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and accurate.
- Providing Superior Client Service: Going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury, preferably with pre-litigation experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently
