• Water & Wastewater treatment design
• Booster station & lift station design & rehabilitation
• Water Utility design
• Piping system layout & PID
• Drainage design and contouring
• Sanitary sewer design
• Communication with clients and staff
• Training & instructional teaching

What You Can Expect in Your Role: You will set the standard for excellence in design practices and communicate with staff the importance of excellence in engineering graphic design. You will communicate with clients and direct reports the company mission, vision and strategy. You will play a key role in the training and education of our design staff deploying new technologies such as AI initiatives that enable creative thinking to achieve greater results. You will play a key role in training and recruiting CAD designers. You will lead the team in developing new technologies for use in design graphics to provide detailed and precise drawings depicting the constructed project. You will always be attuned to and informed on new technologies and techniques that are available to provide the best technical approaches to design graphic presentations.
