Description:
Are you looking to join an amazing team who values employees and is an industry leader? Us at Judge Consulting Group are looking to add a Senior Consultant as a Senior Business System Analyst to the team. This position will be hybrid (Tues/Thurs) on site at our HQ in Wayne, PA.
Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Senior Consultant):
- As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be owning the responsibility of gathering and writing the requirements for our customer’s solutions to, in essence, bridge the gap between a customer’s needs and a technical delivery team. In most cases, you’ll be working with product owners to develop an understanding of the solution’s requirements and how these interplay with the underlying technology stack being employed.
- In pursuit of this goal, you’ll be working with customer’s to understand their current business concepts and processes and how these will need to be changed in order to support the desired needs and outcomes - and illustrating and documenting these findings accordingly.
- Additionally, you’ll assume a leadership role on projects by helping drive requirements gathering discussions while also ensuring scope is being met. You’ll help to oversee the work of more junior BSAs, as well.
- Lastly, as a consultant, you’ll learn how to sell yourself and balance your load across multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be working within an Agile Scrum SDLC delivery methodology and in coordination with a cross-functional team.
Basic Expectations:
- Analyze and document business processes and systems.
- Translate client’s business needs/requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and systems interaction diagrams.
- Develop process maps to support business processes and requirements.
- Formulate the solution’s business processes, guides, and training materials.
- Support internal validation of system functionality.
- Lead project kick-off sessions and document the resulting product backlog, business scenarios, and workflows.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and subsequent documentation independently.
- Help establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
- Escalate scope and client expectation risks both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate strong communications skills, written and verbal; able to collaborate well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude contributing to an inclusive culture.
- Records management experience around record retention processes and policies.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Skilled as a scrum master and, therefore, can help be a coach and a guide to ensure our teams understand the Agile scrum framework and its principles, values, and practices.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with Infor ERP systems.
