Tempting Talent is currently partnered with a leading talent and staffing solutions company that work across Technology, A&F and Professional services. They are growing at a fast rate across the whole of the US in locations such as New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Austin and Houston.
They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in developing a strong client base across any of there verticals. They have an excellent recruiting team that are executing on all jobs on average in 5 days.
Responsibilities:
Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
Maintain existing business relationships.
Think critically about which solutions would address client needs and pitch them effectively.
Experience:
Strong track record in a sales-related role, heavily client facing.
Ideally, experience working with a vast array of clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
