Senior Business Analyst

Description:

The Business Analyst III is responsible for analyzing the performance of business unit portfolios within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role focuses on gathering, interpreting, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and portfolio governance. The Business Analyst III works closely with PMO Leadership, Business Unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities, automate processes, and improve data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Analyze and interpret portfolio data to support strategic decision-making within the PMO
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics across business unit portfolios.
• Support the development and enhancement of Power Apps solutions for project and portfolio management processes.
• Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with PMO Leadership and project teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and optimize SharePoint Lists for portfolio data tracking, document management, and workflow automation.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms and PMO tools.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance portfolio management efficiency.
  
   

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 

• Business (Bachelor's degree) OR Data Science (Bachelor's degree) OR Information Technology (Bachelor's degree)
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
  • (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
  • (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
• Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
