Senior Bridge Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bridge Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to lead the transportation group within a few years and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bridge and culvert design projects, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes detailed engineering, project management, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of bridge and culvert projects for Municipal and State DOT and Thruway authorities.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design and analysis.
• Previous technical project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
