Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

· Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.

· External Audit/Assurance/Tax professionals from a CPA firm with 6+ months of experience, including at least one busy season.

· Combo candidates with external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation are also considered.

· CPA or progression toward the qualification is preferred.

· Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large/mid-sized public corporations is a plus but not required.

· Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.

· Strong computer desktop skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable.

· Demonstrated career progression and job stability.

· A strong technical accounting experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech space is a preference.
