Description:
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires collaborating with team leaders decision makers related to projects or smaller programs

Required:
- Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program.
- Manage financials for the projects, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
- Coordinates and facilitates the project routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Agile methodology, SDLC, STLC, Issues Tracking and Reporting, SCRUM, JIRA reports, release processes, software environments
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team while juggling multiple priorities
- Collaborate to conceptualize project plans/ideas with technology team leaders and present to executive decision makers
- Degree in Communications, Business, Finance or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in an IT organization/environment or Finance Industry
- Prior technology experience in project management, business analysis or QA testing and/or demonstrated ability to effectively translate technical issues into business terms and deliver the information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions
