Collaborate with supply chain and procurement leadership, SC&P COE to develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, defining scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct a deep dive into current supply chain and procurement processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and enhanced visibility.
Lead the evaluation and selection of best-in-class digital solutions, including Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, eProcurement platforms, and data analytics tools.
Oversee seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems to create a unified digital landscape.
Develop and manage robust project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and mitigation strategies for potential risks.
Foster close collaboration and communication between supply chain and procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Manager SAP forecast, funding requests, Clarity PPM updates and stakeholder communications
Design and execute a change management plan to drive user adoption of new technologies and processes.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Generate comprehensive reports for leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects.
Solid understanding of both supply chain and procurement best practices, along with their interdependencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships across departments.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project and Azure DevOps).
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in a supply chain or procurement setting (a plus).
Understanding of relevant digital technologies for supply chain and procurement (e.g., SCM systems, eProcurement platforms, data analytics tools) (a plus).
