We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst to join our team! This hybrid contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work on billing operations, collections, and invoicing within the SAP ISU system.

Job Title: SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst
Location: Miami Gardens, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Capture As-Is process details for billing, payment, and collection functionalities in legacy CIS and integrated systems (e.g., MDM).
🔹 Lead meetings with stakeholders in billing operations, collections, and bill presentment to gather To-Be process requirements.
🔹 Create BRD, process diagrams, and bill mockups as needed.
🔹 Collaborate with SAP ISU functional analysts and the development team to break down requirements into functional design and user stories.
🔹 Work closely with the UAT testing team to help write and execute functional test cases in SAP ISU.
🔹 Manage multiple billing rate and bill process requirements in parallel.
🔹 Propose improvements in existing processes and designs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong experience with Utility Billing and Invoicing in SAP ISU
✔️ Proven experience in As-Is/To-Be process mapping
✔️ Expertise in business requirements documentation and UAT coordination
✔️ Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across various teams
✔️ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
