As a commission-based salesperson, your role will involve:

• Identifying and qualifying prospects that fit our ideal client profile, regardless of their budget or company size.
• Initiating contact through networking, cold calling, emailing, or social media to introduce Equanimity's services and assess potential clients' challenges and needs.
• Collaborating with our project management team to ensure a smooth transition and kickoff for new projects.
